"Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. "This is an excellent hotel, and importantly, has parking on site included. The only issue is that it is a little remote so is a good 20 minutes walk into town. There are many car parks in town though, and they are not too expensive."

"Santiago was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and met us at the house when we first arrived to welcome us and show us around. The house was spectacular for a large family. Everything worked well and we had a great experience. Check out was simple. Located in beautiful countryside outside of Madrid. Walking distance to public bus stop that will take you to downtown Madrid. Highly recommend."

"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. "There's a bit of false advertising with this place. There are actually 2 hotel/apartments and one is nicer than the other. They should be listed separately. I do not recommend the rooms that say "Portillo" because those are actually a different building, about a 9 minute walk away from the main one --> not fun with suitcases. "We got the airport shuttle late at night. It was fine. They gave us a great room and we scheduled for the shuttle in the morning. Breakfast was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised because reviews had been mixed about the breakfast. It could not have been better! Staff were great. It does take longer to ride on the shuttle than you’d think because it is very close to the airport, but trust the times they tell you."
