Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were welcoming and available for assistance if required. Close to train station and a short walk to Plaza Cervantes. We enjoyed our stay here!

It was located near everything. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. However it doesn’t have a small fridge or microwave so you can heat up food.

Overall was a good place to stay. There were some issues with WiFi reception and the shower was a little weird. But it was perfectly reasonable and clean budget accommodation. And our room was very quiet at night!

I like the clean bedroom. But the wifi is terrible if you’re planning to work or do homework while you stay, I don’t recommend it. The location of the hotel is not convenient to get to the airport. I wouldn’t reserve it again for that reason.

They charged me too much money for the stay because I’ve arrived the next day . I had some problems with my travel yet they cancelled my booking and I had to pay again. Hotel is very far from the Madrid center and trains don’t work after 11pm . So if you go out prepare to take expensive taxi!! Stuff barely speaks English and there is lots of misscomunication . Light in the room was too dark and dim. Also I couldn’t keep open my curtains because the guy outside was watering the flowers and was watching me in my underwear.

El hotel esta para una reforma total. Griferias en mal estado, desagues que no deaguan correctamente, aire acondicionado que funciona mal o no funciona, suelos viejisimos y en mal estado, ventanas que no cierran o no abren, la neverita congelo la insulina, las paredes para llorar con unos brochazos de pintura todo arreglado, ropa de cama escaso y mal, pero los baños son lo mejor unas bañeras de museo como para matarte, resbalones asegurados cañerias y duchas terribles, el trono para que cuele dale bien de veces. En general no lo recomiendo salvo quien quiera aventuras de terror.
