We loved the fact that this hotel offers free shuttle service, it was timely and we used it twice during our 1 night stay. They even went the extra strep of rolling 2 vans during our stay to accommodate all of their guests needing to get to the airport. The downside was the air conditioning didn't work well and with Madrid being VERY hot this September it was harder to get a good sleep.

Of all the hotels I have been too, this one is the craziest one I ever stayed at. It’s like it’s caught up in the past with itself; sort of like the TWA hotel at JFK international airport. And it caters to fly Crews from all over the world 🌍  But the best part it has all these crazy rooms to relax in as shown here; such as the Omnipoint room and the Wii room. BTW - it has a great swimming pool as well.

Convenient hotel to stay when taking an early flight. Very clean room and probably the most comfortable bed we experienced on our trip. Walking distance to a huge upscale mall with numerous food choices. A very good breakfast to fill us for a long flight home!
