Hotel Sunlite Shinjuku - Tokyo Hotels

Hotel Sunlite Shinjuku

5-15-8 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo - Map
Clean and in good condition. Like the ceiling light which you can turn on/off, adjust brightness and color through a remote controller. Room is a bit small but I didn't expect it to be too big as it is located in Shinjuku.

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku - Tokyo Hotels

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

1-19-1 Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo - Map
"Godzilla hotel"
Reasonable distance from Shinjuku station, the restaurants on the ground floor closed very late, no need to worry that you return to hotel late and still haven't have dinner. In the middle of everything, new Toho cinema, convenient stores, drug stores, 24 hours variety store. Whatever you think of... It is just around the corner.

Centurion Hotel Grand Akasaka - Tokyo Hotels

Centurion Hotel Grand Akasaka

3-19-3 Akasaka, Tokyo - Map
"Great Hotel within business district of Akasaka"
Once you land in Tokyo either in Narita intl or Haneda Intl go grab a Limo bus ticket situated just outside the arrival hall. You can check the bus schedule to Centurion to see if it fits your plan for the day. Situated just across the metro station of Akasaka Mitsuke, you have to walk past a few streets after Bic Camera before spotting the Centurion sign. A very welcoming reception and dispensable drinks at your convenience if you need a rest. We got a nice double room with an all in bathroom which includes bathtub for shower and electic toilet seat. They even provide a multi purpose charging cable for your electronics brands and type! A 50'smart LG tv mount is definitely the best way to start and end your day in the room. Do note all ch are in Jap so do bring along your ipads and laptops if you want to stream shows in your own preferred language. Breakfast looked kinda plain so went out for food mostly. You can also get a 3 day metro pass from the Bic camera store which allows unlimited travel. If you need constant data, approach a Bic Cam staff to purchase a local SIM card and pay a small fee for them to configure your phone. All in all a great experience in Tokyo with our hotel being in close proximity to attractions in Ginza, Shinjuku and Shibuya.

"sunroute hotel is great"
i've always wanted to stay at the sunroute plaza shinjuku. i normally stay at another business type hotel (which smelled of cigarettes). this hotel is a bit roomier, bathroom area a bit larger and most importantly does NOT smell like cigarettes. i will be returning here on my next tokyo visit. i even enrolled myself with their point card. you can't beat this location as it's next to the JR station Southern Terrace. close to trains and shopping.
