"Basic Rooms are big & clean.. Unfortunately the room safe are not pinned down hence it can be move around. Did not dare to put anything valuable & passport in the safe when we go out the whole day. The hotel is right in the heart of Pratunam market hence everything is available once you step out of the hotel’s front door."

"Female at check in was totally bored and unhelpful. The males on front desk during my stay we mostly very helpful and nice. Also guys on duty,porters etc, also very nice and helpful. I stayed here about 6 times defore covid and it is now nothing like it used to be. Breakfast appalling, used to be great. after first morning I had breakfast at the hotel across the road. So did many others I spoke with."
