I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located."

Ich hatte 2 Uhren gekauft für 7000,-Baht , und hatte sie beim Auschecken im Zimmer vergessen , Das Personal hatte sie dann beim Sauber machen gefunden , und abgegeben , und ich wurde vom Hotel informiert das ich etwas vergessen habe. Das Hotel hat sehr ehrliches Personal ."
