I try to make a fair review: this hôtel is a middle-level hôtel, which means that everything is average +. Room are clean (very good point), but AC makes a big noise (at least in the 2 rooms of our reservation) which can be very difficult after several days. All the staff is very smiling and trying to help. The breakfast is good for the choice but just ok for the quality of the food proposed. Really the strong advantage of this hôtel is to be walking distance from SIAM area and the malls and to be right in front of a BTS station. If you are looking for a hôtel close to SIAM malls and you are on budget, Evergreen Siam hôtel can be a good option. Otherwise, there are plenty of upper level hôtels in Bangkok.

Our stay at the Evergreen Place Siam was good. The hotel is tucked away off a small street and is fairly quiet. Very conveniently located to the BTS train, a 2 minute walk to 7-11 with quite a few other ones that are 5 minute walks away. The location of this hotel is generally just great and probably one of the best reasons id recommend this place. The room we got was very spacious for 4 people. 2bdrms with 2 washrooms and a kitchen. The only critique i would have for the hotel is that the room did seem a bit dated and our AC had a minor leaking issue but that was addressed immediately once i told the front desk. Other than the older room aesthetic and leaking AC, this hotel is great, spacious and clean, and very helpful nice staff.

Nothing at all to fault, my second stay and it's a hidden gem. The location is superb for transport links, nice quality rooms, great food and very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooftop pool is a welcome respite from heat. Certainly I will stay again. One very minor niggle, there are only two elevators for guests which can lead to long-ish waits at busy times, but that's the only non-positive aspect I can think of.
