"Eventually we got a room that smelt ok, I was very appreciative of the gentleman who called the front desk for us when we were unhappy with the smoke smell in the room. The next room smelt like fish noted by the gentleman also. Then the next room was overwhelming musty. The last room thank goodness was good. However the fridge didn’t work twice and needed replacing. They promtly both times replaced the fridge. The staff are exceptional service and welcoming one of the main reasons we love to stay at grande centre point hotels. The location is also fantastic at Sukhumvit unfortunately we were too unwell to enjoy it. The rooms are very beautiful and set out well. "

"The hotel is in a great location, very close to BTS skytrain and metro line to the airport. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The gym and pools are a plus! The hotel restaurant is open 24 hours and the food was delicious."

"We stayed 1N to recover from an overnight flight from Europe before flying on to Australia. The hotel has a free airport shuttle or you can walk to it via the train station connected to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of dining options on site. There is a nice pool area and a fitness centre and spa. The room we had was large and comfortable and had tea making facilities."
