"Female at check in was totally bored and unhelpful. The males on front desk during my stay we mostly very helpful and nice. Also guys on duty,porters etc, also very nice and helpful. I stayed here about 6 times defore covid and it is now nothing like it used to be. Breakfast appalling, used to be great. after first morning I had breakfast at the hotel across the road. So did many others I spoke with."
