"Right from check-in we knew we had made the right choice. Very friendly staff, fantastic location and beautiful rooms. The concierge were amazing with booking trips and organising transport to save the hassle of haggling on the street for a taxi. Rooms were always cleaned to an impeccable standard. The rooftop pool, while busy at times, had bar service available to it which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was maybe a little repetitive and limited, however all of the food tasted great and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Would 100% stay again!"

"Only one big problem. My flight came in early and I noticed in their contract. They said if you come early, you only pay not the full fee for a hotel. They charged me a whole day hotel for really half day there."

"To be honest was expecting more from this hotel as the reviews and rating was pretty high and given I haven't stayed in this area before, decided to give it a try. But it's a lacklustre hotel. In room dining was poor and we ordered Thai food. The worst was the bed . Super uncomfortable with poor back support which gave us both back aches. After the feedback and request for a firmer mattress they came back with a wooden board to be place ON TOP of the mattress. Horrors! I put it down to back communication and then asked for a room change which also took some time but it wasn't much different. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE "
