Great hotel. I stayed three nights alone and the pool on the 6th floor is open 24 hours and there is a downtown area just one station away, so I was never bored at all. The breakfast is really good with a wide variety of dishes.

Exactly what to expect from the W, with addition of excellent Thai service. Great pool and spa. Unfortunately the gym was closed but they let us use the one from the Standard nearby.

The hotel is sensational. Paying for the room upgrade was the best thing we did. The city views were amazing!! And the location is mint. And if a taxi ride was needed it usually only cost 200 Baht saving a 45 minute walk. However the long walks give you so many sights they are also worth doing. Lastly the staff would be 11 out of 10!! They go the extra mile and then some more!!

Great hotel and great room service needs improving around the pool area outside the service. From the staff was well below the W standard and badly managed
