My flight arrived late at night and the staff was very accommodating. I suffer from very bad asthma and often have difficulties with hotel rooms because most hotels outside of the U.S. allow smoking. But Hotel Nikko was clean with no traces of smoking In the rooms. The location was beautiful and very relaxing after a very long flight. Will definitely stay at the Hotel Nikko whenever I am in Tokyo.
Close to many restaurants and subway station. Comfortable guest rooms, very helpful staff, old-world charm. We stayed in two connecting rooms. Rooms are quite. Internet is free. Only annoyance was a $20 charge per person for pool use and $35 for the gym.
One of our best hotel experiences in the 21 days in Japan. Join the SPG program !
It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and at reception the staff member upgraded us to a magnificent suite for our 2 night stay (without me asking). UNBELIEVABLE !
Location, staff, amenities and just about everything was perfect. An easy one to rate at 10/10 for us. They have a courtesy bus to drop you off at 2 different close by stations : terrific. You should experience what a really nice Sheraton is like : it costs a few dollars but you won't regret it : this is a highly recommended by us. Happy travelling everyone
My job requires that I travel and I enjoy it! Top notch hotel with great amenities and views - like all other reviews state.
Top floors of Tokyo's tallest building. I wasn't facing Tokyo tower nor Mt Fuji but had great city views
Large rooms with very large bathrooms. Toto bidet, multiple sinks, separate shower.

Located in the highest building in Tokyo, guest rooms are not only spacious but have spectacular view of Tokyo with the most …More
We stayed at the Tokyo Hilton for two trips of three nights firstly in a King room then Junior Suite after returning from a couple of days in Kyoto. On both occasions we had access to the executive lounge. The hotel is well located in Shinjuku with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were great (King Executive and Junior Executive Suite) and service in the executive lounge was excellent. Evening snacks and drinks were always busy so would recommend to arrive close to six or after seven fifteen. Very handy having an international ATM in the basement shopping area. Direct access via tunnel to Shinjuku stations. The only issue with the hotel was the fifteen minute wait to check out at the front desk (should have used exec lounge but was waiting for airport bus). Would recommend to others and will stay again.
