We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and on each occasion we have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and welcoming and well presented. Although the hotel can have several hundred guests at any one time the service received is never compromised.
The hotel is situated in Costa Adele, a short walk from the beach front, shops and markets. This five star hotel lives up to the rating and provides excellent accommodation for singles, family or the passing traveller. Facilities include a active entertainments team which provide great entertainment seven nights a weeks, something for everyone and to suit all tastes.
The three hotel pools are very well looked after, two heated (one on the room and one on the ground level) and non-heated pool to the front of the hotel. There is a gym, spa facilities and squash courts - all maintained extremely well and provided to all guests of the hotel.
I highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is in Tenerife, great place to be based to explore the island.
This is our third stay in this hotel and it did not disappoint. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Food very good with plenty of variety. New this year pizza/pasta counter and vegetarian counter, which was great as previously veggies were a bit scarce. Rooms spacious and kept very clean. All community areas kept very clean including round the pool.(one comment I read said pool area was filthy) I have never experienced this at any time at this hotel.Did notice some tiles on rooftop bar area had been taped I presume for renovation. This is a very busy hotel and I think they do really well keeping up with the maintenance.
The courtesy rooms are ideal if you have a late flight and reception will supply you with clean towels if you ask. Locked luggage room also available.
been there many times before. The rooms are spacious and while the kitchen may not have an oven, a half decent cook could use what is available to rustle up some decent grub. Local wine (very drinkable!!!!)in the supermarket next door is stupidly inexpensive so don't be hung up on having to spend oodles on a known brand. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. Find the ones you like!!
As with all new experiences we were a bit apprehensive about what the location was going to to like, but all that disappeared when we walked into the hotel. The reception was fantastic, every member of staff was smiling and wished you a good day, we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine then shown to our room which clean and well presented, the member of staff that took us to our room was polite and courteous and showed us our room in detail, nothing was too much for him.
We were left to enjoy our stay as we wished and if anything was required it was sorted immediately, we did have an issue with the electronic keycard device buzzing but was able to close the door to the room.
The quality of the breakfasts were more than adequate and the choice was vast.
I would write more about this hotel but dont feel I need to, our stay was in all, very enjoyable, memorable and well worth the money.
We cannot wait to re-book for next year. I would reccommend The Mediteranean Palace to anyone.
