I called twice to request an extra quilt or bedsheet from the room service team and once at reception, but despite staying for five nights, no one ever provided it. Additionally, it was very disappointing to find that the indoor pool is not available for children and the outdoor pool isn’t suitable for kids either. "Clean and most importantly quiet, far away from the drunken louts of Los Cristianos, we even slept well over New Year. Decent breakfast and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Staff excellent, pricey over New Year but fair. Decent pool, lots of parking nearby. Hilly area but within the resort suitable for anyone. "
