Awesome hotel and all the little details that make the difference. Great pool and great breakfast with very friendly staff. Room was cool with lots of space and nice shower and separate hydro bath. Location is the only slight downside as away from the main action, but plenty of shops and restaurants on the same street. Highly recommend and would come back 👌

A Wonderful Experience Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The cleanliness, the service, and the hospitality were excellent from beginning to end. The restaurant and buffet were fantastic, with plenty of variety and everything very well prepared. I also want to give a special thank you to the housekeeping staff and the wonderful employees at the hotel shop. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back again! ❤️✨

The hotel was clean and the silver suite was spotless, staff were pleasant. We opted for all inclusive which unfortunately wasn’t worth it, there are hidden add ons like “premium drinks” and foods which aren’t included in the all inclusive, the standard of the food fell short and didn’t feel 5 star. The buffet had a good selection but again the standard of food was poor. There are 5 restaurants but only 3 are all inclusive and the others you get a percentage off the price. The rooftop bar includes 20% off drinks, here you pay for the view and the quality of the drinks are nothing to shout about, there are nicer cocktails outside of the hotel. There are many nice restaurants surrounding the hotel which offers great food at a fair price. I’d stay here again but definitely not all inclusive. The gym was very good.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. Check in was quick with a genuinely friendly and helpful front desk team. We upgraded to all-inclusive and found it offered excellent value. The hotel was busy, which meant service could be a little slower at peak times, but the restaurants and overall facilities more than made up for it. The teens club was brilliant, it was air-conditioned, with a pool table, PS5s loaded with FIFA and other games, it gave the kids a welcome break from the heat (Raul was great with the kids). The pools were excellent, and the sports facilities were a real bonus. All in all, a very positive experience. We’d be happy to return.

This is a very nice all inclusive resort, if you are a family with kids to entertain will be a very good choice. Otherwise it is isolated, there is not much to do around but if you have a car you can enjoy the beauty of the island.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, always waiting you with a smile and a good mood. In the hotel everything was perfect and very clean with nice night events!!

Breakfast was great and the pools were amazing. We got there early in the morning and they let us enjoy the pool until check in and our room was even ready early. The staff was wonderful!

I like the hotel and so do my sons this is the second time we’ve stayed there and it’s great. The hotel is great, has lots of facilities and the staff try to attend to everyone as best they can. It just doesn’t feel quite as luxurious as it should for the price. Dirty or not enough glasses for serving drinks, lunch/dinner food can get a bit bland and boring. But there are choices and that makes up for it, and also understandable when catering for a wide and varied customer base. The pools are great although it’s a fight for loungers in the morning. Service at the pools and bars could be better but the staff work very hard so can’t complain too much. It might be different as a couple or adults only, and like I say it’s good just not great or excellent.

Highly recommend this resort for South Tenerife! While it’s not right in the middle of the main resort areas, my boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay. There’s so much to do right on the property that we never felt like we were missing out. Everything was clean, and our room was a great size with a lovely partial ocean view. We rented a car and always found convenient parking near the main entrance. The resort felt very safe to walk around at night, and staff were always present. The breakfast buffet offered tons of options and was consistently good. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful throughout our stay. We went with the all-inclusive package and really appreciated the free meals and drinks at their other restaurants. Hard Rock never disappoints — we’d definitely recommend it and would return!

Great hotel overall, very clean and staff were great. Prices around the hotel do take it down a star though, no one should pay €9 for a Heineken in a plastic cup!

Staff friendliness, excellent variety of cuisine on a daily basis , spacious comfortable bed with quality linen . Great choice of pools and the entertainment was possibly the best we’ve experienced.
