Kanan (I’ve hopefully have that correct as she deserves recognition) was amazing. we we’re put in a terrible situation with the villa we had booked, in that it was inhabitable, awful. We urgently had to find somewhere quickly as the company were not helping resolve the issue. She was welcoming calm & very kind. Rooms couldn’t have been any cleaner

Had an amazing time at the Hotel Las Aguilas. The room (truly a small apartment) was fantastic, and the staff was truly next level. Super happy with our stay and looking forward to coming back!

We played tennis, table tennis and boules with the children, who often swam in the pool. The hotel is a bit dated, but the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The pools were fantastic. The restaurant was very loud and the food was average. The views were lovely. Overall we wouldn’t stay again due to the restaurant feeling like a big canteen it was relaxing to eat.

Hotel is in a beautiful location with commanding 360 views. The grounds are extensive and beautifully kept. Car is advised as hotel a little out of the way from easily accessed shops although there is a free hotel shuttle bus to the local port.Rooms a good size and staff very friendly.

The hotel surroundings are amazing, views are stunning. The food you can find something to eat but would get tiring if you were to eat there all week. The hotel is spotless, the rooms could do with a little updating the furniture looks tired and worn. But i would recommend the hotel.

Location of the hotel is just great with nice and unobstructed views on both the ocean and Teide. The hotel itself looks a bit outdated and seems to have its great days back in the 90's but do not be put back by this as everything else including staff and food makes this up.
