"As a regular visitor to this hotel I’ve learnt to expect a high level of service in all parts of its hospitality. The spa is excellent , the beach lovely, the pools and food very good. "Just returned from a lovely break at the property. Disappointed that the spa wasn’t open during our stay also the Red Level breakfast was limited so we preferred the choice at Pangea. "Good entertainment in the bar. 10 minutes walk to the beach in the centre of town. The breakfast was good and the evening dinner OK. The room was basic but fine. "I stayed here two nights first time on Tenerife so booked a bit blind not knowing the area and I hit a winner.
