"I was a single traveller. The room i was given was large, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. For the price i paid, i found it was good value for money - everything i needed was there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me. "PositivesIt was cleanIssues1. The accommodation was described as bed and breakfast. No breakfast was provided and when asked no reply was forthcoming so we sorted our selves out. It is not acceptable to advertise as bed and breakfast and then not provide it. 2. Our room was very dark for 2 reasons. The first was that it had no eternal windows. The window looked through into the cleaners store area so our view was of vacuum cleaners, spare crockery and other supplies. Not what a guest should...

"Nous sommes venus à SANTA CRUZ pour le carnaval. Nous avons choisi cet établissement bien situé en ville mais selon les commentaires précédents nous avions réservé la chambre violette côté cour pour ne pas avoir le bruit de la rue ! On nous a attribué la chambre rouge...sans volet et une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement alors très difficile de dormir avec les festivités du carnaval même en se couchant à 2h du mat et à 6h les poubelles passent les conteneurs sont juste en face de la chambre...

"Wonderful experience, staff was lovely, rooms were sparkling clean, and air conditioner was impeccable. Outdoor balcony view was love could see the whole stunning views,and the sunrise as well as sunset view was spectacular!!!"

"Room was a decent size (the one bed apartment) and wasn’t too noisy from neighbouring rooms which was good. Would benefit from some quieter spaces for adults as all communal spaces very noisy with kids. Unfortunately our air con wasn’t working for whole stay and the communication wasn’t great around this and no real urgency to get it fixed - that was the only real disappointment though we were provided two fans for the room but they did very little given the heat. Good facilities overall, breakfast was great and the gym was a nice added bonus. Pools are great and a decent size, but are loud. Great place to stay with kids but if looking for adults only go elsewhere."

"Excellent room, excellent house keeping and room services. Large breakfast selection. Mirador food not great at all, breakfast service for coffees, teas etc very slow/had to remind them of order as regularly finished breakfast before coffee was brought out. Spa facilities not included unlike other ‘luxury’ hotels I’ve stayed in. Service and food overall was a little disappointing but the hotel served its purpose as we weren’t staying planning to stay at the hotel throughout day anyway."

"The service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a lady by the name of of Sonsolas at the Guest Experience desk and Fabian at check in desk The amenities was let down by the very low powered air conditioning that on warmer nights made sleeping uncomfortable. Also only one small bottle of water was provided for the whole stay. Thank goodness there is a mini supermarket across the road for bottle water. There was no tissue box. Food at restaurants were good. We had breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent, walking distance to shops and restaurants We would stay there again"
