"Fan didn’t work, didn’t specify no AC. Didn’t change my room due to no fan"

"Great staff, Very friendly, welcoming and helpful"

"Fab hotel. Would definitely stay again. Food was great and healthy and fresh, staff were lovely and so helpful, and it was so clean. "

"We had one of the most amazing experience. The staff is so nice and helpful, they really go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible , the room was very clean and spacious. We will definitely come back."

"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."
