Only downsides were wifi was very weak and spotty, shower was a good temperature but didn’t not get hot hot, and no hair dryer in the room so you would have to call for one. Other than that, this is a place I would definitely come back to."

"This is a very large resort and lots of walking is required. Very quiet at night, no real place to sit and have a nice drink after hours. Pretty much a ghost town after midnight. They are very happy to give rides if required and staff will a friendly! "

"The location of the hotel is great, in a more quiet part of the fifth street, very close to good restaurants and beach. The staff is generally great, except for the breakfast team. Unfortunately the breakfast is not great at all, very limited, and the breakfast staff is flat-out rude and have no standards for service. Would not recommend to pay extra for daily breakfast, the hotel should focus more on the rooms and guest service instead of trying to upsell breakfast, if this is not a priority."

"We were thankful to be on the main level, not needing to carry our luggage up 2 floors, but we were not put in the room that we paid for. We paid for a 2 bed room, and we were given a King bed. We were told they were full and none available. Then when I showed my receipt stating we paid for 2 beds they had a room but it was on the 3rd floor and the AC was off. "Was a decent hotel with some issues. We checked in on a Saturday, third floor room and the elevator was out of service. Was told it was fixed only for us to then get stuck in the elevator. We checked out Monday and the elevator was still out of order. Not fun lugging your luggage up and down 3 floors. The rooftop pool looked like it had not been cleaned recently. Oily haze and hair floating around made it unappealing. Went only once as it was not great. "
