"Great central city location. We loved the pool and spa. Cleanliness could have been a bit better as the room seemed in need of a more deep clean ie. under beds, bathroom mirror, bathroom tiles. Guest in the room above us kept us awake with loud stomping for hours on one of the nights. One lift was out of order but there were two others. "This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it’s super tidy and clean. The only awkward situation was the parking - we had someone take our park and because we were in a larger vehicle it made it a little difficult. We were just assigned another parking spot but it was harder to park there than our original assigned parking spot. The staff were super lovely though and our room was a good size."
