“Easy place to stay”
The hotel is in central Wellington with lots of restaruants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. Good security at night allowing access to Lampton Quay. Rooms very nice and clean. Staff helpful
“Everything as expected”
We stayed with two young children and could not fault the quality of the service, the rooms or the location.

The Novotel is everything it claims,a wonderful place to stay.The service is fantastic,warm and welcoming.the cable car is next door.the shopping district close by.Check in and check out are smooth.Probably the only thing which can improve?-the Hotel lobby. NZ star ratings are very deceptive,but the Novotel did not dissapoint us and we were happy with the stay at Novotel.Breakfast was nice and uptostandard.we would have loved to stay one more night. They have two Macs near the lobby which can be used for free.
“Excellent breakfast!”
The hotel was very well situated for central Wellington. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Mini bar items were expensive, but we never use them anyway! Our breakfast was included in the package and it was excellent- it really set us up for the day. The staff were helpful and 30 minutes free internet was also useful.
“Comfortable, affordable room”
Given its affordable price, Novotel delivered good value. The concierge was friendly and helpful: provided complimentary umbrellas, electrical outlet adapters, and solid advice on local sights and services. Beds were comfortable. Cappuccino, drinks, and dinner at the hotel bar & restaurant were all well-prepared, though I don't recall the prices. Although it's in the business district, shopping, restaurants and bars are all a short walk downhill - no need for your car in the city center.

“Good value, nice amenities, good location.”
This hotel met my expectations. The location was central and easy to navigate from (by foot or by car). The hotel was clean and up to date. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Parking was extra, although this is likely the case throughout Wellington. Internet access and exercise facilities were good. Overall, a positive experience.
“Dont tell people or we will never get a vacancy to stay again”
Very central to shopping areas and walking distance to Te Papa Museum. Room was so so clean and quiet.Staff were helpful and friendly.
“Comfortable hotel friendly and helpful staff”
We found the hotel to be in a great position. Being able to access the lift to the next street with secure entry was great. Staff were extrremely helpful. Access to free internet most appreciated. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food and service in the restaurant excellend
“Valu ein Wellington”
We certainly would return. The room was great and the service excellent. The guys in the restaurant were really onto it and nothing was a problem. They were so friendly nad happy in their work. The deal with the night and breakfast was extremely good value.
