Rooms were super nice. Cleanliness was 4/5, but not a big deal. You have have to request a balcony, but they exist and the views are great

Very pleasantly surprised with this resort. Full kitchen and no casino was great for stay with my child. If it was closer to our convention we would have stayed the whole time.

They need to make sure remotes have good batteries. The Hollywood movies available for rent was very poor.

Room could have been nicer if all the outdoor furniture wasn’t stained. It looked gross enough I didn’t want to sit on it. Preferred my stay at the Bellagio. Cleaner hotel

The pools are pristine but small. The cleaning staff was very good. Our check in was horrible. We checked in at around 1:30 PM and room was not ready. No big deal bc check in was technically at 3 pm. At 4:30 our room was still not ready. We had dinner reservations and wanted to change clothes but couldn’t. At 7:30 we called from the restaurant and the room was finally ready. They never called to let me know bc the lady at check in wrote the number down wrong. We finally got in after dinner at about 9 PM. Just not a good start for our 25th anniversary! I’m pretty easy going but when I pay for upgrade and it’s not ready on time and I still get charged, it’s a little upsetting. They did give me $100 food/beverage credit which amounted to about 8 beers! Won’t be going back.
