Only disappointment was the rubbish, on the beach and area around the pool. Not the staff’s fault but rubbish bins need to be dotted around the place. It’s such a beautiful island only to wasted by others rubbish. No good for the marine life. Other than that awesome place

Staff was all very welcoming greeted me by name, my bungalow was well appointed and the view was amazing

Loved my stay here!! It was so tranquil and cool to have The Rarotongan next door for games and a busier atmosphere. Loved the amenities being right outside the rooms to take straight into the beach. There were so many activities each day there’s something for everyone. The staff were amazing - shoutout to Mark and Akuela. I’ll definitely be back. Meitaki

Our room was spacious with living/dining kitchen separate bedroom and bathroom with the main pool steps away and the restaurant also steps away. Could do with a deep clean as getting a bit tired. Staff very friendly and helpful and Lewis the grounds man was very friendly and helpful on what to see and do. The spa massage was very relaxing. We spent Christmas and New Year at the Crown Hotel and had a lovely time. I do think new pool and beach loungers are required as very low and quite uncomfortable

Unbelievable service — Florence and the staff made us feel like family, always greeting us by name (and even with hugs!). Our beachfront bungalow was spotless and comfortable with stunning views. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the location right on the beach is perfect. Highly recommend renting a car to explore, but it’s hard to leave this special place. Truly unforgettable!
