I wasn't happy with the check in. The lady behind the desk was not helpful or hospitable. Also the hotel didn't let us check in a couple of hours earlier, despite the fact that we were leaving the next day long before the check out time. Other spots on the island were very accommodating if they had rooms ready earlier than the check in time. There was major construction on the street outside the hotel so esp in that case they should have made some allowances on every level.
