"We loved our stay at Te Vakaroa! We had an upstairs two bedroom villa with an awesome view across the lagoon to the ocean… walk out the front past the pool and your on the sand and swimming! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs, another toilet down stairs with a washer and dryer.. big lounge area and balcony.. right next door to the sailing club with cafe bar… a short walk to the pacific resort or nautilus where we went for food and cocktails… Awesome location and we are booking again for next...

"Loved staying at Golf Sea View. The 2 bedroom was a perfect size. Full size fridge/stove made it easy to have breakfast before heading out. Pool was nice but only used it once. Only downside is it is off the main road so it’s a walk (or scooter) to the beach. Def recommend "

"Nice units near the beach with snorkel and kayaking gear provided. The pool was nice and surrounded by tropical plants, but it’s not a lap pool. The staff are lovely. We really appreciated the lounge with an honor bar, although there was also a very convenient 24-hour store nearby that had basic groceries, wine and beer and the best roast chicken for takeaway. The Muri Night Market is right next door, so we had dinner there several times. The only thing I would note is that our room was a lot more dated than the photos online, so you might want to ask for one of their renovated rooms. Also, the bed was pretty hard, but some people like that. All in all, it was a great stay."

"It was an absolute pleasure spending three days at this wonderful resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. I have to give a special shout-out to a few particularly friendly faces who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect (Francesca Satove and Siti). Their genuine warmth and helpfulness truly stood out. One of the things I appreciated most was the tranquil location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it offered a peaceful retreat where we could truly relax and unwind. Our room was also a highlight. The size was generous, providing ample space to spread out and feel comfortable. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
