Bed was comfortable- A/C was essential! Junior suite was a nice size.
Staff at front desk seemed unconcerned about a roof panel falling into the shower! But otherwise nice stay. Good location close to Metro.

I know check-in is 4pm, and I arrived at 2.30pm, but they told me my room would be ready in a few minutes. Even 4.05, they told me, is still not ready; after another front desk person showed up, the room was ready.
