"After a slight mixup when we checked in, the host really did her best to ensure that the rest of our stay was enjoyable. We had a great time in Montreal thanks to the hospitality of our host. The rooms were spacious and the apartment had new and modern amenities. The location was very convenient to access the metro and entertainment. BUT: when we checked in, we could not get in our unit the code was incorrect, but luckily the manager was in the building and she quickly changed it and insured we got in. The unit was in need of a good cleaning the desks in the room had dust buildup, there was hair in my sons bed, the carpet in the living room is badly soiled, the pots in the kitchen need to be replaced as they are old and scratched and very...
