"The front lock broke to the building and we couldn’t get in for hours. Exhausted all the contacts that were provided to us, but still had trouble getting in, and getting in contact with the host. Eventually, the host came to the building and let us in, but hours later. It would be helpful if guest could have effective and direct communication to the host for emergencies like that. But host was very friendly and cooperative once arriving to the situation."
