"Check-in rapide, chambre propre. Par contre, je ne sais pas si je suis tombée sur une chambre adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, mais le lavabo était très bas dans la salle de bain. L'éclairage dans la chambre était moyen. Matelas beaucoup trop mou. En bref, ça a fait l'affaire pour une nuit."

"Let’s start with the good. The hotel has underground parking which is super easy and reasonable if you get the Expedia discount. The room was quite large and the beds comfortable. The kitchenette is great and makes it easy to bring food or order in. The staff is very friendly and check in and out was easy. The hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown for cheap eats and only a couple of blocks from St Laurent metro. It’s also a very quite hotel. I couldn’t hear my neighbors. On the negative side. The room is badly in need of a refresh. The laminate is peeling off, our window handle was snapped off, the bathroom tiles are cracked. The carpets aren’t the cleanest looking. Our bedside lamp only turned off or on by plugging it in. The switch was broken. It’s a shame because the room is quite large. It appears at one point in the history of the hotel it was built for long term stays since the kitchenette has many cabinets and even a dishwasher. My biggest complaint though is why have a kitchen with no utensils, plates, bowls, or glasses. You can ask for them, but they give you wooden utensils and paper products. I felt like I was in a mental hospital and couldn’t be trusted with sharp objects. At least the sheets and towels were clean as was the bathroom. They could do a better job dusting, especially the dressers and desk. Overall for the price it’s not bad. I would stay there again."

"I overall had a great stay at Hôtel Mini. The staff were friendly & professional when we checked in. The room was good considering the price point. It was clean and had what we needed (I was even pleasantly surprised to see we had a fridge in our room). My biggest complaint would be that the room we had was right next to the street and didn’t have good sound and light-proofing. I’m a light sleeper so I would wake up several times early in the morning due to noise (it was worse on Friday and the weekend, not as much if the next day is a weekday). This may not be a problem though if you are a deep sleeper. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hôtel Mini and would recommend it if you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Montréal."
