everything was great except the room has thin walls and i could noises from the room next door. Other than that, highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean room and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very nice very friendly whenever you need something they were always there very helpful with the transportation to the airport. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom were very clean nice staff 10 out of 10. Definitely will come back with my three kids. My kids are very sad that we’re leaving.

Good for a short stay. Clean and welcoming. Not the biggest rooms but for a night or two it's a good place to crash. We stayed here before heading to Sapporo.

Good value, nice buffet breakfast, great ocean view from the room! The facilities are not new, but the staff is friendly and English-proficient, and there were no surprises. Definitely need a car.
