Exceptional. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Country Villa Estate. Danny and Mabel were fabulous hosts from the moment we arrived. We were met with a warm welcome before being shown to our very comfortable room which was beautifully decorated and with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was superb with different options each day. Mabel is a true artist with her delicious breakfast offerings. Beautiful gardens, comfortable spaces to relax, a truly unique experience.

The room was great. Check-in was chaos. The lobby of this hotel is messy and cluttered. It was a bit concerning when we checked in as the lobby does not represent the rooms well. The guy at the front desk was helpful but did not seem professional. Parking was horrible. I would stay there again but only in a pinch.

Great communication before our stay. Such a beautiful place in Paradise valley. Lovely property with garden surrounding, the rooms are clean, well equipped and modern. Close enough to Rotarua for trips in and shopping, but isolated enough to feel like you’re off grid. Amazing - we loved it. Thank you Heather. Recommend the Wai Ariki hot springs and spa as well - Restorative journey - pure luxury - we were on our own there in the evening.
