"We had a wonderful stay at this property. I was disappointed however to find my children couldn’t use the pool during any hours. I would not have booked this property while traveling with my grandchildren. "

"It was our first trip to Japan, we only had one week. The location was fantastic, adjacent to Shibuya Station as well as the Mark City Limousine Bus drop off/pickup. We could see the Shibuya Scramble from the elevator as well as elevator lobby. Our 24 th floor had an amazing view of the city. Once we were in our hotel it felt so peaceful, yet the excitement of Shibuya was just downstairs. Only slight issue was it was a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance, but that was a minor hiccup. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Shibuya!"

"Amazing location to stay at for a few days when you first arrive to Tokyo or before you leave. Has everything you need,easy access to the train,airport, buses, shopping,resraurants, amazing japanese onsen spa on the rooftop of the hotel. I had a great experience here!!!"
