"Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty...

"Pros: Clean, close to Everland, comfortable beds. Cons: For 16$ breakfast - very poor selection, nothing interesting around to see, not many parking spots. No drinking water in rooms."

"The location is great. Actually, this property was aged. But in this time I think they renew the property. It was good."

"The hotel is clean and comfort, my family member love it. The frond desk is friendly and very helpful, even shown us where is the laundry shop which is 30m away - thanks. "

"Hotel isn’t far from the station, hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, they even recommended a place for udon and tonkatsu and it was simply delicious. The only downside of the hotel is that there isn’t a wardrobe and there were only 2 hangers provided. But overall, it was spacious, clean, sufficiently warm, and the interior was very modern and classy :) Will choose this hotel again for sure!"

"Everything is very good for us include front staffs are very kind. We would like to choose again if we have a chance to visit Korea. Especially morning breakfast menu was very satisfied to us and the lady prepare breakfast is very wonderful person."

"I stayed with two kids and apparently it was a destination for night over / family with kids. Convenient location bbut there is nothing around there to walk around. Though a good price if you just need to stay night over in Suwon or Yongin area."
