Breakfast was excellent. Had American and Japanese selections. Was the most beautiful hotel, staff was very helpful from checkin to checkout. Helped with taxi driver and language. All staff spoke English. Walking distance to 7 Eleven and small food store. Very, very clean.

This was our second stay at the Hyatt in Yokohama. The service at every level was excellent! The staff greets you at the door, takes luggage to the room where pajamas, slippers, robes, water, coffee, and tea are waiting. The waterfront, park and restaurants are two blocks away. Getting around was so easy by taxi and hotel staff translate your needs to the taxi driver. Everything was made so easy. Thank you everyone at the Hyatt Yokohama for making our stay in Tokyo so enjoyable.
