"First time in Mexico and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The resort was amazing in every way—from its beauty, variety of pools, and short walk to the beach, to the entertainment and endless food options. The entire hotel was very clean, and it’s clear that guest safety is a top priority here. The staff worked so hard, always with a smile, despite the long hours and the challenges of dealing with difficult tourists. Our room was spotless (even under the bed—impressive! lol). Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this resort, and we definitely will be back! We also had a massage, and it probably was the best massage I ever had. The outside air and atmosphere definitely added to an amazing experience. "
