Great cooked to order English breakfast. Everything was great. It set a stand for us for the rest of our castle hotel search. I would stay here anytime. One suggestion though is to have soothing, calming music at breakfast, as background music, instead of 'hit parade'."

However, the hotel, the room, its staff and the food, were all excellent and, as a result we stayed a further 3 nights. Housekeeping was first rate. Food in the restaurant saw very good (and we ate in every night). All of the staff were helpful and friendly (special mention to Jess on Reception). Overall, we enjoyed an excellent stay and would readily use the hotel again."
