Faithfully functional

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great location for the city centre. It is a budget hotel and so there are no frills but it's perfect for a place to crash when visiting the city.

Wish the linens were more clean and hygienic. Wish the room had a chair and hard mattress. Rest was good. Big room and big shower area. Though the room lacked window view, kettle, tea and customised toiletries, rest was nice. Location was also good with lots of restaurants adjacent to the hotel.

Very clean hotel, with very pleasant and helpful staff. No bar or restaurant. Generally well equipped, though the bed seemed to be slightly shorter than standard, this resulted in a fitful sleep pattern.

Really nice hotel clean and central only a few things the door heading to lift slams maybe we were close to it goes constant no hair dryer or kettle but for a cheap clean stay and to be in the middle of Newcastle excellent

Good central hotel

A clean and comfortable room, was only staying for one night and this did the job well. There was lovely shower gel and handsoap in the en-suite bathroom. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. Nice central location near to good bars and restaurants.
