A hidden gem

The Old Mill is clean with a good restaurant. There is a large car park and nice bar area. Staff are friendly and very helpful. My father left some personal items and are mailing them free of charge back to him. I fully recommend it.

A warm and welcoming hotel and restaurant

The hotel, facilities and restaurant were lovely. Food was excellent. Beautiful cooked breakfast near a lovely open fire. Great ambiance. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Great value for money. Couldn’t fault it at all

A traditional coaching inn that has been well cared for. The en suite was fairly new and the bedroom small but adequate; both were clean and nicely presented. Dinner food/service both very good. Breakfast adequate. All in all we were both very pleased with our decision to stay here.

Fabulous

Lovely stay here. Beautiful spacious clean room and en-suite bathroom with THE most comfiest bed ever! Superb breakfast and fantastic food in the restaurant that even locals come out of their way to eat at. Would definitely stay here again … shhhh, keep it a secret lol!

This is our third time staying here, the room this time was a lot bigger, the rooms are clean and well stocked. We ate dinner in the restaurant and yet again the food was excellent. If you are ever in the area, I would highly recommend this place to both stay and eat.
