Book a Hollywood Resort

"Did not have breakfast. Breakfast started before we had to leave for airport. Also description about shuttle to airport incomplete, it should state times shuttle available. If we knew it started at 7 a.m. we would have booked someplace else and would not have had to book Uber at our cost. Evening desk person not very helpful in answering our questions."

"Small rooms but worked out well. Pool was under construction but offered to shuttle to different hotel to use pool if interested. Breakfast had good typical options. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great shuttle from airport to hotel."

"The lobby is beautiful and the pool and the pool staff are wonderful. That’s where it ends. The room was fine. We went onto the balcony and the sliding door got stuck open. Tried to eat at the Playa beach bar and grill, sat for 25 min missing a menu and no water or waiter to be found. Finally got a waitress, asked do water and an appetizer. Never got the water and the appetizer came overcooked and burned. Tried to eat the appetizer, waited for another 15 min, still no water or service. We decided to leave $20 on the table for our appetizer and walked out and door dashed dinner. We were only there for one night, so there was no room for the hotel or at staff to redeem themselves. Super unfortunate, I would definitely not go back or recommended to anyone. "

"Excellent room, service from.the front desk to the bar staff to the bell hops was amazing. The in house steak&seafood restaurant was very good and the service was great. My only suggestion would be since there is a dedicated kids pool maybe those under 16 should not be in the pool by the bar. There was a lot of jumping and splashing and I was hit by balls they were throwing around twice."

"The biggest problem was the musty smell in the room. There may be mold. I do believe it could be the carpet that could be the issue. "

"It was a small room and bathroom, but it was clean and centrally located. Many restaurants nearby, steps from the broadwalk and beach. They did provide free coffee in the lobby, but I wish there would have been a coffee machine in the room. There was a small sink area, with a small microwave, and a small refrigerator, but there were no utensils, dishwashing soap, or a garbage can. (Only the one in the bathroom). All in all, it was a nice little room good for the days we spent at the beach. "
