"Our room was clean, spacious the bed was large and very comfortable, our room had great views and whilst we had a small problem with a sticky room door, we reported it and it was dealt with very promptly. We had chosen the hotel due to its location near the Theatre as it was a very short walk. There are plentiful places to eat and coffee shops etc nearby, there is a reasonable sized car park but I imagine there might be a premium on places at the height of the season, we stopped two nights midweek at the end of September. Breakfast was self service, the hot food was refreshed regularly and was plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

Lucy and her partner were the perfect hosts, answering any questions that we had, giving us flexible check in/out times and also being very understanding when accidentally left a gate open, allowing the neighbours horses to pay us a visit.
