"Lovely room. I don't like coffee bags, they are so weak. Facilities good. Bathroom tiles need grouting bleached. View not bad, I did expect a better view for a deluxe room but it was perfectly ok. But overall, very good stay and I would definitely stay there again."

"Quite a busy hotel as on the high street so open to the general public. We had to queue for breakfast on our 2nd morning at 9.30 and the breakfast items wasn’t replenished with still one hour of service left. The Grill restaurant was good but we were very disappointed with the food in The Tavern and would expect a better standard with James Martin’s name endorsing it. Our bed was very comfortable but I felt overall the room was lacking a bit of sparkle for the cost of the stay. Broadway is a beautiful village and we enjoyed the 10km walk upto Broadway Tower. "

"Spa was great, we really enjoyed our day there, facilities were modern and we easily spent a few hours there. The breakfast is the morning was awesome and the staff were all great. The room was pretty tired, there was water on one of the bedroom walls, mouldy bathroom etc. Not unclean, just clearly a bit tired. What tainted our stay was how overpriced the bar / restaurant was, we had dinner on the friday night just a main and a single drink each and it came to £80 for the 2 of us. The food quality was basic pub standard so didn't justify the price tag, I bought a pint of Coke the next day and it cost £4.85. So I would definitely recommend avoiding their restaurant and heading to a local pub! "

"We have a lovely couple of nights at Tewkesbury park for our minimoon. The grounds are lovely and well looked after. Our check in was straight forward and easy. Staff were great and attentive across the hotel. Spa facilities were lovely. Our room was a really good size and clean. The only slight downside was that we didnt appear to have air con available - this was not an issue as we opened the window, however, in the hotter months its worth noting!"
