"Very nice historic property for a 4* hotel. Good restaurant and bar too. The gym is very neglected but usable. I was only for a night travelling for work and I got a really good deal. No air conditioning in the rooms but I was given a working fan. Thanks"

"Graham and Karen were excellent hosts…very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The en suite was well fitted out but very ‘snug’ so there wasn’t much room for manoeuvre. Breakfasts were lovely, with plenty to eat and topped off by homemade bread and jam. The property is in a quiet part of Malvern and my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"The only thing that stopped us from giving 5 stars was the service in the restaurant for dinner. We had to ask on more than one occasion for our bread and wine, we had to wait 40 mins for our coffee. The waiters and waitresses were very nice but were overwhelmed by the number of diners. When we checked out the service charge had already been removed from our bill."
