It was our first time in London, and my wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. We want to give a special thank you to Vijay (the manager) and Chithra (the receptionist) — they were so helpful, responsible, and kind. We will never forget how warm and welcoming they were. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great stay!

Fantastic hotel! Really conveniently located for The Lost Estate and close to plenty of bars/restaurants and public transport. Staff were very friendly and our room, though compact, was very clean and had everything we needed.

It was uncomfortable because the bed pushed up against the wall. The room was stuffy and small. I'm not sure the room was clean.

Staff was exceptional and apologized. Room was underground with no windows. Terrible smell, mold, and large clump of lady’s hair on bathroom floor. Had to check out 15 minutes after arriving and find an alternative hotel.

Overnight stay at this location but was kindly upgraded upon arrival and staff was very accommodating overall. Room was clean and renovated. Conveniently located 5 mins away from tube station as well. Would stay here again.

I was given a windowless room in the basement of the hotel which is against code in a number of countries. I really don’t think it’s good practice to offer windowless rooms and it was a real disappointment that this hotel is offering them.

Review

This hotel is within a 10-minute walk from West Kensington Station. Although it's located in Zone 2, the surrounding residential area feels relatively safe and quiet, even late at night. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything is very clean, and the heating system works exceptionally well. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd like to especially thank Sandra and Karam for their thoughtful service. If I visit London again, I would definitely consider staying here once more.

The hotel was recently renovated so everything is brand new and very clean. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street which provided a quaint and calm atmosphere after exploring the busy city which is nice. Public transportation was accessible as the Tube station was about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk away. You can also walk 10-15 minute for some cafés, restaurants, and markets nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I like the hotel, but I didn't quite like some of the staff. Some of them, I feel didn't have an idea on things I ask about like if we can leave our luggage behind while we're traveling elsewhere in the UK, it was weird that the first person I asked didn't know and we were told that she needed to ask the manager. There were also issues about me transferring to another room after my first night, which was alright, but again the staff in the morning seemed not to know about it the following day, so it took a while and many conversations. I just feel that the staff can practice better handing off information to one another so they can address customer concerns more efficiently. Also didn't like much of the choices of breakfast.

Not the greatest location

The entrance was clumsy, very hard to get in or out especially with luggage. There was no fridge in the room. Room was very small. It was only a couple of feet bigger than the bed. Sandra at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The nearest tube station is west Kensington about 7 minute walk from the hotel. There aren’t any restaurants nearby.

Room was small but clean and cozy. Staff was friendly when approached and would leave you alone otherwise. I wish they’d acknowledge you when you walk in/out, though some people may prefer the indifference.

Love staying, very close to the tube and despite limited space breakfast is very good with good selections. Staff are incredibly helpful and will hopefully be kept on with the hotel changes hands from best western to Marriott 4 seasons!!
