"There are a couple of things I would like to address before you book here. My stay was terrible… not only did I feel like I was racially profiled but I was rudely woken up about 3 times in the middle of the night by phone calls and our tv did not work… when we checked in to the hotel where were heading to our hotel room and we were asked to show our key car amongst about three white family. I understand that the security has to ask to check your key which is fine but it becomes excessive to where every time when I went downstairs no one was asked but me and my partner. Another incident happened when all the seats were taken in the lobby keep in mind it was like 90 degrees outside in the city heat and I’ve been walking alot and I needed to charge my phone I asked the bellhop if I could charge my phone in the lobby he told me i could sit and charge it that was fine it’s when another man in a suit came toward my partner and I and was told to stand up because he didn’t want to the owner of the hotel to see that we are sitting on the floor yet again there was also another family (white) sitting on the floor and nothing was told to them it made us uncomfortable. This is also my second stay here there first time we got asked excessively about our key card but we thought it was normal. Now that this is my second stay I see that it’s targeted. I will not be stay here again…"

"Conveniently located near Lincoln Center and Central Park, which was ideal for my 5 and 4 yr olds. It was a super easy walk back after a whole day of exploring Central Park. "

"The hotel is in a fantastic area to walk everywhere or take the subway. Staff were awesome as well. The rooms need updated hence 4 stars on property section. No issues or concerns while there. We appreciate that the staff out front let us know NOT to use the pedal cart people! Ty for that valuable info. "

"Well for New York City , this is a excellent property, the rooms are clean , and the costumer service is great, the manager was always very helpful as well as the staff , the Italian restaurant connected to the property was ok , not great food could be better , but overall the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating I recommend this property 👌"

"This is a GREAT place to stay when in NY - Staff is super - we got a room upgrade without asking - room was super clean - maids are on top of your room - good security in the lobby- no one getting upstairs who does not belong- close to subway- only downer was the noise on 1 of our 4 nights - it was a Friday - we were on the 37th floor and music outside was going until almost 4 am - not sure where he was coming from but it was loud not sure the hotel could have done anything about it anyway. When leaving bell captain found us a taxi that would not rip us off going back to the airport, we paid $65 for the return trip in from the airport. They charged us 125. Overall we were very happy with our stay!!!!"
