The hotel is decent, close to my neighborhood so that was a plus. My only complaint is I was told to not flush toilet paper down the toilet and to put it in the trash which I found absolutely disgusting. Besides that it was pretty decent for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Saw a roach in the hallway but the rooms itself weee clean. I’m thinking the roach cake from the door leading outside.

Ac was pretty good, staff can be a little troublesome in terms of asking more things at a time for instance I stood for a week and had half of toilet paper left so I wanted two more and they kinda Made it difficult to get some also when I check in they made wait 1 hour with all my bags before allow me to get my room because it wasn’t clean yet so they made me wait an hour after checking in but other than that no microwave in building

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. the air conditioning was nice and cold and the heat was hot. Parking is hard to find. The metro north train runs right along Park Ave which the hotel sits on but the train comes through fast enough without being too loud. Plenty food options up on East Tremont Ave. Nice enough for me.

We arrived at 5 n the room wasn’t ready, there are no mirrors in the room, not the bathroom mirror nothing. Ice machine wasn’t fully working either. It served its purpose for a quick night cap. There’s supermarkets near by though for drinks n food.

Front desk lady w glasses was a bit rude. She can deff use a training on hospitality maybe it is a language barrier. Rest of staff was pretty nice. Get what you paid for would stay agin if needed a quick stop.
