We had a great time at the W Times Square. Ish was simply fantastic, he made our checkin process easy and explained the property in a funny and friendly way. We were able to go to the TMPL gym and got our complimentary drinks. He also signed us up to become Marriott members, so we’re looking ahead to a long time relationship with the chain.
