It's was pretty good to stay in umbrella hotel at Bronx NY it's around shopping districts a lot restaurants near by is restful I would reserve a room here again it's very convenient public transportation all over

I SPEND OVER $500 A WEEK HERE AT THIS UMBRELLA HOTEL. 2 TIMES I CAME AND ASKED FOR MY ROOM TO BE CLEANED WHILE IM AT WORK. I LEAVE AT 8AM AND COME BACK AT 8PM AND NO CLEANING WAS DONE IN MY ROOM. WHEN I ASK THE FRONT DESK THEY SAY THEY WILL DO IT AND THEY DONT DO IT, I HAVE TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR BOTH TIMES TO GET ROOM SERVICE AND STILL DID NOT GET THE SERVICE.

At first upon checking there was a issue with the shower we changed room 3 times come to find out they have an odd way of turning shower on you have to pull down on faucet other then that room was ok,Clean for most part, spacious, it's convenient shopping, restaurants and transportation nearby,

The room we had original AC wasn’t working right in room 403 (so clean) called front desk and he was such a sweetheart, when I went back to lobby the new room key was ready. Room 406 was so CLEAN!! Ice machine on the 5th floor wasn’t working, Thank god there was ice cups at the corner store. The location is amazing on 3rd ave. Parking also. Smoking or non smoking room. Vending machines had raw paper also 😂!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!!
