Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floors and showers were stained, its most likely due to the age of the hotel. Rooms were clean just looked worn. Over all, good location, was suprisingly quiet at night and check in and out was seemless.

Room was pretty clean even though wall paint and floors don't make it look so good .Beds where nice and comfy as i only use the place to sleep but even my kids said they where comfy and they slept good.Staff was very helpful and respond pretty quickly when asked for extra pillows even though they not too friendly if guest don't speak they don't speak.but is NY what can we expect about friendliness.Did not like that didn't have any coffee in room But loved that they had parking on site so if its parking or coffee I choose parking.overall it was a nice stay.

This place was a convenient location but it is a late night sex hotel for couples not really family friendly and limited amenities. It was good for the price and place to sleep because of location and my plans but would not st a y there with my family again and I had four rooms.

Decent price for a couple nights. Beds were comfortable and staff was responsive. Had toilet issues so they gave us another room. Parking was a bonus. A little walk to train station but had a nice path to get there with bridge and park. Traveling with 2 small kids and they were comfortable.

Room was clean, when I extended the stay no one offered to service the room, I had to tidy up myself and wait for fresh towels. Overall not bad. Bed was well made and comfortable. Drapes were too close to the heat source for my liking but I would go back.

Decent for the price

The property was decently maintained. Room and halls were clean. Parking area was cluttered and we saw rats. Bed was uncomfortable and the window was covered with a cling on sign so you couldn't see outside. The hotel is right next to a police precinct on one side and the Highbridge on the other. We were able to walk to Manhattan (Washington Heights). Site says 15 minute walk to Yankee Stadium but we chose to Uber. Would definitely stay again for the price and convenience (but will bring our own towels and bedding next time!).

The floors aren’t clean, however they provide slippers to walk around. The tub was dirty and also the bed linen. Hotel is good if you need somewhere to stay for a night, but not more than that. You have to request a do not disturb sign.

The hotel hallways smell weed,the rooms are so dirty my girlfriend and I had booked for 2 nights but we didn’t sleep there,the mattress had yellow colors stains and the bedsheets were not clean.We had terrible time there.
