Had a problem with a double payment taken from my account for the stay but it was dealt with and resolved by their team very quickly and efficiently by phone a couple of days afterwards. Room and hotel common areas were nicely appointed, clean and facilities were good. I missed out on breakfast but it looked good."

The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. This is the first time we have used the Sidcot Arms for a pre flight overnight stay and we certainly intend to use it again. The corridors are also well carpeted, thereby minimising noise from arriving and departing guests"
